This website is static: forms are composed into an email in your own mail client and sent to info@voltrisehk.com; we do not store form submissions on this website's server.

2. How we use information

Your details are used only to answer your enquiry: to source parts, prepare quotations, confirm orders and coordinate delivery. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. Suppliers and logistics partners receive only the information necessary to fulfil your order.

3. Cookies & analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies by itself. If analytics or hosting-layer services are enabled in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

4. Data retention

Enquiry and order correspondence is retained for as long as needed to serve the business relationship, meet warranty and after-sales obligations, and comply with applicable record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of enquiry data at any time by emailing info@voltrisehk.com.
