Brand and full part number including every suffix, required quantity (target and minimum acceptable), target price and currency, requested delivery date, destination country/region, and the equipment or application. Also state whether substitutes, split delivery or sample validation are allowed.
Suffixes, packages, hardware revisions and similar-model differences change compatibility and availability completely. We verify the exact ordering code rather than the broad series name, which prevents wrong-package, wrong-revision and similar-model mistakes.
Acceptable boundaries for original packaging, bulk new, pulled or other conditions are defined during quotation and agreed before order confirmation. Batch, packaging, appearance and labels are reviewed as part of the sourcing process, and condition remarks accompany every offer.
Where technically permitted, we compare documentation first, then validate with samples or a small batch. Any substitute should be assessed and validated by the responsible equipment or technical owner — a similar model is never treated as a direct replacement without compatibility confirmation.
Critical conditions — delivery plan, acceptance criteria, inspection needs, warranty scope and exception handling — are agreed in writing before ordering. Quantities and timing are reconfirmed for allocated and split-delivery orders, and issues after receipt are reviewed against the order and acceptance terms.
